When is technology too much? Could you go away on vacation for say 3 days with no internet, cell, berry, iPhone? Are you as out going in real life as you are on FACEBOOK? Are you really as busy as your tweets say you are?

This past weekend I road my bike for the first time since last summer. It was like 12-13 degress. Global warming ain’t that bad. (jks) I hit up Sunnybrook, The Beaches, The Pier, gym, Little Indian and brought some snacks in the ol’ nap sack. At one point I actually forgot that my phone was in my bag until I rested. So I checked it, 2 missed calls, a couple emails. No biggie! I was disappointed that I felt the need to check but my point is I had fun and stayed connected to the real world for a change and I didn’t feel I missed out on anything in the digital world. I even spoke to a few passing strangers at the beach, as I was snacking. Old people of course lol, they love that stuff!

Try it from time to time. It just might make your day.
