LOS ANGELES, Oct. 20 /PRNewswire/ — Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG) today announced the signing of an exclusive world-wide publishing agreements with Def Jam’s latest sensation Jeremih and songwriter/producer Mick Schultz.
At just twenty-one and twenty years of age respectively, and already heavy hitters in music production, newcomers Jeremih and Schultz erupted onto the music scene earlier this year with the smash hit, “Birthday Sex.” Schultz co-wrote all of the songs on Jeremih’s self-titled debut album (Def Jam Records).
A chance meeting brought Mick together with Jeremih.
